The status of the repaired package will be updated once the package is sent out. Please note that you may be able to track the shipping status only 2-3 days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse in China.

Unfortunatly we don’t accept PayPal or Credit Cards, due to frequently occurring fraud practices.

Generally, the package will be shipped out within 12-24 hours after full payment. Shipping generally takes 3-5 days if there are no Customs delays. Please refer to our website for any special instructions.

You may also download’s app on your smartphone. This will show you how much a hash rate of 1 Th/s earns in 24 hours. For example the F48 has a hash rate of 75.5Th ± 5%. You can use this to make your own calculations after considering your electricity costs to learn how much you can earn in one day or one month.

Our miners are generally very simple to set up, if you purchased from our website they are pre-configured.

To set up the device:

a. Plug the unit into the electrical outlet
b. Plug the unit into your internet router with an Ethernet cord
c. From your computer you can see the F24/F48 as an available wireless network.
d. The name of the network is on the box in which the F24/F48 shipped.
e. If you do not use your computer and you prefer to plug a Monitor or Tablet to unit(Which is RECOMANDED), please ignore c. and d. steps

a. On the mainpage, you can choose product you need, by selecting product with your mouse.

b. On the product page, you will find detailed information about product, price, and discount table.

c. After you press "BUY NOW" you can choose amount of units.
After you select amount, you insert delivery address, then select your country, Name and all requested information then you can proceed with pressing "GO TO PAYMENT" and you will be transferred further.

d. Then you select payment option
(please note that webpage will not accept USD wire orders for moment to avoid fraudulent payments, you can proceed only with BTC and/or LTC).

e. After payment, press CONFIRM ORDER and you will get the final invoice, with all details.

f. Please allow 5-30 minutes after payment(or 6 confirmation on BlockChain), once the payment is confirmed you will get email notification.

a. Shipment will be arranged after order is fully paid.
b. Order cancellation/refund request won't be accepted once order is confirmed.

Please do not place your order with anyone or anybody claiming to be an official FoxMiners representative over email or Skype.
It can be a scam and your confirmed order may never be delivered in such cases.
FoxMiners is neither responsible for, nor offers any kind of compensation in such cases.

FoxMiners covers all the delivery fees including Customs Fee.

Please provide a picture including the Repair Code & QC label on the repaired product, as well as picture showing the product does not work after connecting. After confirming that the repair was defective we will give you instructions to return the part.
We will cover all shipping and repair costs.

A 2-years warranty is provided from shipping out date.
To avail this warranty,a message must be send by the customer on FoxMiners website, under "Contact US".
Overclocking the miner will void the warranty immediately.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
Defective machines can be repaired for free under the FoxMiners Warranty policy.
After the warranty period, machines can be repaired for the cost of parts and labor.
In some cases, the warranty will be void, but FoxMiners can still do repairs at your own expense if requested.

The following events will void the warranty:

*Customer removes/replaces any components by himself without receiving permission from FoxMiners first.
*Damage caused by poor power supply, lightning or voltage surges.
*Burnt parts on hash boards or chips.
*Miner/boards/components damage due to water immersion or corrosion due to wet environment.

Customer must return the defective parts at own expense after send us a message under "Contact US".
If you notice there are some loose in small heatsinks, please write to about the case within 3 days after the package is signed showing in UPS/DHL/FEDEX's website.
FoxMiners does not cover any loss of down time or delay caused by customs.
FoxMiners will cover shipping cost when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period.

If your machine is not working properly, we want to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
To do that we need your help, please follow these instructions and let us know if you have questions during the process.

A. Instructions for out of warranty repair

*Please contact us first before returning for repair.

*The bill will be sent to you once the machine is repaired. Be sure to pack parts well before shipping out.

*If the boards get damaged during transport, we cannot repair them.

*If you have any objections about the repair cost, please contact us for help

B. Locate the defective part and confirm the issue

*If you are able to troubleshoot and are certain which part is faulty you can email us to, and maybe we can help you remotely to avoid the shipping.

*If you are not certain how to locate the faulty part, then is neccesary to ship the part to us.

*If the hashboard is burnt, oxidized, broken or you remove the seal placed on boards it will be scraped and can not be fixed. Please do not return it anymore.

C. Prepare the shipment.

*Pack the parts carefully. Shipment damage will void the warranty. If PINs are damaged on the hash board, we cannot repair or replace the board and you will need to make a claim with your shipper.

*As for the PSU, please do NOT return if there is any problem with your PSU. We are not the manufacturers of PSU, in case any fault caused to PSU please contact us to understand how to replace PSU.

*Please be sure to declare value “within $50” and describe the product as “Warranty part” on the waybill, otherwise the extra customs clearance fees will be billed to the client.

*Be sure mark "deliveries are made on working days only" and "FoxMiners" on the items description of the waybill.
We are not liable for any delay due to this information not being included on the package.

*We will not accept "Freight Collect". Per the terms of our warranty coverage you need to pay for the shipment to us.
We will pay for the return shipment once the repair is complete, subject to warranty coverage.

Generally, UPS/DHL/Fedex are used. Shipping cost is covered by us.
When placing the order, under "Note" please specify if you have any preferance on shipping option, if you do not have any any preferance we will choose most suitable for faster delivery based on your location.

We will arrange the shipment within 12-24 hours after full payment, you will receive it within 3-5 working days, except for pre-sale orders.
When the product has shipped we will email you with the shipping details and invoice.

Miners will be shipped out from China. We are based in USA but our factory is based in China.

An order paid with BTC and/or LTC will expire if not paid within 5 hours. When we receive the payment we will update the status to normal and confirm the order.

An order paid with USD bank wire will take about 3-7 working days before we can confirm it. If you provide us with proof of the transfer, such as SWIFT transfer confirmation, we may be able to expedite the confirmation.
